The
undersigned hereby authorizes School Bus Parts Company
to make inquiries of the credit references and the bank
listed below. Any information obtained will be kept
confidential and is to be used only for the purpose
of determining credit worthiness of the applicant. Approval
of this application shall constitute a binding agreement,
according to the terms set forth herein, between the
applicant and School Bus Parts Company as of the date
approved. If approved, accounts are due and payable
within thirty days of the statement date. We allow a
1% discount on purchases if paid within ten days of
the statement date. A service charge of 1.5% per month
will be added to past due accounts. The applicant company
and the undersigned expressly agree to pay for all costs
of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees,
if the account herein applied for becomes past due.
Any defense based upon extension of time for payment
given by School Bus Parts Company is hereby waived.
